About Natalia.

Natalia shares her life with her husband, Ryan, their two teenage children, Cienna and Easton, and the family's beloved golden retriever, Charlie. As a local fitness instructor and health coach, she brings her passion for wellness into every aspect of her life. Natalia is also an ultra-distance runner, a CrossFit competitor, and dedicated yogi, embodying the spirit of physical endurance and balanced wellness. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that life is an adventure, and everyone deserves the opportunity to chase their dreams.

Natalia’s health and fitness journey is deeply intertwined with her love of nature and adventure. She treasures family travels to National Parks in their Sprinter Van, hiking trips with friends, and exploring new places around the world, all experiences that fuel her holistic approach to health. Her professional credentials include ACE Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Level 1 Olympic Lifting, and 200-Hour Yoga Certified. Natalia also holds certification as an Eco-Consultant, reflecting her commitment to sustainable living and a healthy environment.

She is currently training for The Great World Race, an extraordinary event combining her passion for running and travel, where she will complete seven marathons in seven days on seven continents in November 2025.
